Terms & Conditions of Rental:

1. A booking deposit of £100 per holiday home is required to reserve accommodation (non-refundable). Booking made by telephone will be held pending written confirmation and deposit. Balance of rental payable 4 weeks before arrival. A confirmation will be issued upon receipt of deposit and final directions will be sent on receipt of final payment.

2. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

3. Maximum persons must not exceed number booked for.

4. Visitors are welcome on site, but must not stay overnight unless agreed with management.

5. A security deposit of £80 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned to you within seven days provided the management is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with.

6. Clients are expected to leave holiday homes clean and tidy, the cost of repairs to, or replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client, and if appropriate will be deducted from security deposit.

7. Possession of the Holiday Home; 1600 hours - Holiday Home must be vacated by 1000 hours on day of departure.

8. No responsibility is taken by owners for loss of valuables while on site.

9. Sorry, no pets.

10. Sorry, no jet skiis to be used from slipway.
